Manage who belongs to your workspace. Owners and admins can invite and remove members. Open Workspace settings → Members.

Members

1

Open Members

Click Members in the organization nav. Above the invite box, N of M seats used shows how many seats are taken, with pending invitations beside it.
2

Invite by email

Click Invite member, enter one or more email addresses, and pick a role. Each person gets an invitation email opening their Account → Organizations page. Accepting moves them into your workspace straight away; in the desktop app, if Arro is mid-task, it asks first, as with any switch.
3

Track pending invitations

Resend or revoke any invitation that has gone stale. An invitation expires 14 days after it is sent, and resending starts a fresh 14 days.
4

Change a member's role

Open the menu on their row and pick a new role under Change role. It takes effect immediately. Owners cannot be demoted here.
5

Set a usage limit

Open the menu and click Set usage limit… to cap a share of the workspace’s monthly usage, or leave it at No limit. See Member usage.
6

Remove a member

Open the menu and click Remove from workspace, then confirm. They lose access right away, and usage they already spent this cycle stays spent.
Seats limit joining, not inviting. You can always send an invitation on any plan, and it shows as pending. What a full workspace blocks is the other person accepting it, so you can line people up before you buy their seats. If members plus pending invitations exceed your seats, a warning above the invite box links straight to Customize. Free holds 3 people, the owner included, so you can invite two teammates without paying. A fourth needs Plus, where every seat is one more person. See Plan limits.

Departing members

See Unassigned resources for what happens to their files.

Suspended members

Recoverable closed accounts keep their memberships and reserve seats until permanent cleanup begins. Remaining seats go to the active owner first, then the longest-standing active members. Active members who do not fit are suspended. Reducing the seats on a subscription you already have waits for your next renewal, so nobody is cut off during a period you have already paid for. A cancellation, or a first purchase that buys fewer seats than the workspace has members, takes effect immediately. Their membership, role, everything they made, and everything shared with them are all kept, and nothing they own is moved by the suspension itself. Add seats or resubscribe and they come back automatically at the role they held, longest-standing first, until the seats you bought are full. A suspended person is not locked out of Audimate, only out of that workspace. Next time they open the app it switches them to another workspace they belong to and tells them the old one is no longer available. If it was their only workspace, they can create one. Admins and owners get a Suspended filter beside All, Active, and Pending, reading 0 rather than disappearing when nobody is. It shows the Suspended members section listing each person, the role they held, and when they were suspended, in the order they would be brought back. Click Remove on a row and confirm to drop that membership for good, so a later resubscribe will not bring them back.
