Roles
Every workspace has one owner. Roles govern administration, not access to files.
Admins cannot browse another member’s private files. See Sharing and ownership.
An admin can explicitly take ownership of an item. That action is recorded in the audit log.
Resources left by departed members can be claimed.

Creating a workspace from the sidebar switches you into its setup, with the name you entered already filled in. You cannot create another workspace once you belong to 5 workspaces, including those you joined by invitation. The creation dialog shows the limit and disables Create. The sidebar switcher changes your active workspace. Settings and lists reload for the selected workspace. An open resource returns to its list or Home because it belongs to the workspace you left.
