Notifications
Notifications appear on the bell in the top bar, with a violet dot when something is unread. The bell is one personal inbox covering every workspace you belong to, so invitations reach you before you join.
Opening a notification from another workspace switches there before opening its result.
Invitations open your account page, where you can accept or decline.
The inbox refreshes when local work finishes, when opened, and every 30 seconds while visible.
Desktop alerts also announce recording outcomes and background task results.
System notification preferences can silence desktop alerts without removing inbox entries.
You are never notified about your own joining. Workspace invitations also arrive by email.
Task and recording notifications are not emailed.
The list loads twenty notifications at a time, with older ones available as you scroll.
Marking a notification read only clears its dot. Use the ✕ on a row to delete one.
Clear all empties the list after confirmation and cannot be undone.
Notifications you have read are deleted automatically after 90 days. Unread ones are never removed by age.
Dismissing one does not undo its event: a dismissed invitation remains on your Organizations page.
Emails about your account
Audimate sends a fixed set of account and security emails. They cannot be turned off, because a security notice you can disable protects nobody.
The three notices carrying no link are safe to read even if you suspect someone else has access to your inbox.
Times in security emails are shown in UTC, not your local timezone.
Replying to a security notice or to the deletion confirmation reaches
security@audimate.ai. Everything else goes to
support@audimate.ai.
